Let it untwist and pop open. Unzip and unfold the side panels and pop open. Stand up in vertical position. Finally, give the Pod some air time while cleaning clear plastic with a microfiber cloth.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe wires on my pod are twisted. What should I do?\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is normal and goes away with use. To straighten, open your Pod and lay it flat, making sure the wires lay flat. You may step on the wires to flatten. Once the Pod’s popped up, check the wires again and straighten by hand or flipping if needed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhat do I do if a zipper seems stiff and isn’t working smoothly?\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is normal for new Pods. Zip and unzip a few times to loosen. If the zipper separates slightly, hold the Pod firmly and push the zipper up and down a few times. For a larger Pod, pinch the zipper and plastic together when zipping around corners.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhy is my plastic wrinkly?\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen Pods are folded down or stored the panels might appear wrinkled when first opened.
