Tent floor 32.6 sq ft + vestibule 15.6 sq ft. Attachable extension adds another 17.4 sq ft.
Why is there a missing zipper head on one side when installing the extension?
To attach the extension, fully unzip both sliders on the main tent’s front door from top to bottom. Roll up or lay the door flat over the inner tent. Then align and zip the extension. Not unzipping top to bottom may cause a issue.
Is the F-Nexus compatible with tents other than the Montiro Triphyr 2?
F-Nexus is only compatible with Montiro Triphyr 2 and cannot be used independently.
Why are different types of zippers used for the three doors of Triphyr 2?
Because the front zipper functions at slightly different angles depending on whether the extension is attached or not. Through our testing, we found that using a waterproof zipper in this position provides more consistent waterproof performance.
Why do the weights sometimes vary from the published weights?
At Montiro, we strive for accuracy in our published tent weights. However, minor weight variations may result from normal material handling and fabric processing during large-scale production, as well as from coating processes.
