Why some light strings don't light up correctly?

Sometimes the number of lamp beads will change after cut or connecting the light strings in series. You can adjust the actual length by “smart life” APP according our user manual（Page14)

Can I cut the light string to my desired length?

SMAVISTA outdoor lights 50ft string are not cuttable. but there are 3 light strings and each measures 16.7 ft. Each strands can be disabled in settings.

The lights keep flickering not responding to the remote or app?

if the lights keep flickering and not responding to your remote, you can turn off the power and wait for 30-60s, then restart it.

Can I just the apply adhesive to install the light string? Do I have to use screws and clips?

The pre-applied 3M adhesive is enough to hold the weight of the light in the short term. but It is necessary to use clips and screws for long-term use.
