Easy to Inflate and Deflate

TO INFLATE: Unfold the sleeping pad and open the 2 valves, let the mattress automatically inflate to about 70-80%, and then cover the first layer of air valves. Use the storage bag as pump bag and add air to achieve desired firmness. Finally cap all air valves.

TO DEFLATE: Flip the first layer of the air valve and cover it. Fold the mattress in half and kneel on it to release the air. Once the valve stops releasing air while applying pressure on the mattress, roll it up and store it in the bag.
