Our medium canopy measures 7.3'x7.3', fits 3-4 adults and weighs only 8.8lbs, while our extra-large shade measures 10'x9', fits 6-7 adults lying down and only weighs 10.1lbs! Both canopies have poles which are 6.6' tall.

Our canopy fabric is now coated with a special water repellant material that makes our Sunshade an excellent Rain Shelter - useful especially for tropical areas where a burst of rain can occur any time.

You can get the matching Sand Less 4 Layer beach blanket mat - matching in both size and color - note: colors are not identical because different material are used (purchased separately) - these will fit inside the backpack of the canopy for for your ease of use and storage.

Full set-up instructions are provided in the set-up manual found inside the backpack.

The set-up process is different for beach setup using the sandbags, which are filled with sand for ballast, as opposed to off beach setup using the ground anchor screws to anchor the shade.

We highly recommend that you watch the setup installation video - it can be found on YouTube - they will make the learning process that much shorter.

Our Premium Sunshade allows to shorten the rope length with the adjustment triangle, allowing both a smaller footprint on the ground - mandatory at some beach/camping locations, as well as making it easier to tighten the structure of the canopy, without having to move back the sandbags/ground screws.

Our custom designed powerful ground anchor screws included with our Premium Canopy allow to anchor the canopy in most ground types (except for extremely hard / rock / concrete surfaces) - making the Premium Patent Pending canopy the canopy of choice for its versatility - use both on the beach (with sand bags), in your back yard, at camping or RVing, and even in your kid's play ground.

Also included is a power handle, used to provide greater leverage in screwing the screws into the ground, as well as taking them out.

Our Premium Canopy comes in a very fashionable and highly functional backpack - so even though our canopy weights only around 9-10lbs - it is now that much easier to lug around with you - to the beach, camping or even hiking.

Our tailor made backpack was designed for the canopy, with a separate compartment for the 4 tent poles, a special accessory bag, and just the right size to even accommodate the matching Red Suricata Sand Less Beach Mat Blanket (purchase separately) - don't leave home without it!

How to make an excellent product even better?

The only issue with our sunshade WAS that it is tricky to set-up and keep out in very windy conditions.

New Release ? our sunshade now includes, out of the bag, 4 Red Suricata branded Pole Sand Anchor Screws ? these are similar to Beach Umbrella Sand Anchors sold for 10 dollars each ? but custom made for our poles.

Just screw the pole anchor all the way into the sand/ground at the pole location about 2" from corner outside of the fully outstretched canopy ? and just pop the pole inside ? it’s a cinch. Now our 4 poles will stand tall even before pulling the canopy on top and tightening it.

The entire sunshade, will be tighter, taller and a lot more stable ? enjoy the beach and sun ? even when it’s windy and the wind shifts.

Warnings: a) only use for sand / soft soil b) always screw/unscrew the pole anchors

We included one unit of our unique Cup Holder for Drinks in our Premium Canopy. Designed for a perfect fit to attach to our poles, the Cup holder will hold one cup, bottle or can - while you are chilling out in the shade. More units can be purchased separately.

New accessories added to our latest edition of our premium canopy:

1) Aluminum Mini Shovel - useful both for digging wet sand and for shoveling sand into the sand bag

2) A couple (2) of Towel Hooks - attach to the poles - great for hanging a towel, clothes or a mobile speaker...

3) Our Red Suricata Beach Canopy includes FOUR (4) foldable, uniquely designed poles with a pointed bottom for easy insertion into the ground (or into the pole sand anchor) and a rigid plastic pole top ball.

The folded poles are attached with a Bungee Elastic Cord with Drawstring for easy handling and storage + an extra cord is used with the 4 pole anchors.

The Dual Function Cords are also intended to secure the Pole Top Balls to the ideal position on the tight, stretched canopy fabric to ensure it doesn't move around and to make the canopy even more sturdy and suitable for windy conditions.
